Products once sold cannot be returned OR exchanged.
Repairs
Incase you need any TAD repaired, please contact us via email at care@tadaccessories.com. We use the highest quality of plating and all our jewellery have a good life, however there is no guarantee or warranty on plating. No guarantee or replacement of broken stones after the product is delivered in sound condition. All queries regarding repairs will be handled on case to case basis. There may be charges applicable. Incase the repair is not possible, we are not liable for any refunds or exchange.
